Hooked on Hispanics 3: The Crackdown is the final segment of the hit trilogy from the Latino Fan Club. At L.I.C.K.I.T., a halfway house rehabilitation center, the Latinos are still trying to get off, and the illicit aphrodisiac still flourishes. It is now making its way to Gotham and spreading quickly as word of its mysterious powers are taking hold. The plot continues: Judge Knott (who sits around his place in a black robe) and Dr. Greengloves are indeed in cahoots to funnel young Puerto Ricans into the program, where they're given the experimental aphrodisiac. The film opens with the same segment as in part one: M. Vic Mann is in bed with his boyfriend, Macho Melendez. Melendez is anxious to get to work as T-Jay Colon is coming by with a sample. Colon reaps the benefits after Melendez has lapped up a bunch of the stuff off of the back of his hand. Antonio Reyes drops by too, later, and is on his back sucking their big, foreskinned dicks. «Lil» Conan and Alcides Vicente sample it and end up 69ing one another in a frenzy. Later, Conan offers the stuff to Varga Lapin and the same occurs again. Security guard Chino Ayalla catches Guillermo Rojas with some of it and gets his sizeable meat sucked in exchange for silence.
