The Crackdown is the third and final segment of the Hooked On Hispanics trilogy from the Latino Fan Club. The film opens with the same segment as in part one: M. Vic Mann is in bed with his boyfriend, Macho Melendez. Melendez is anxious to get to work as T-Jay Colon is coming by with a sample of the new .
