Russell was so well received last week that we decided we'd pay him an immediate return visit. Running a full time business means he has hardly any spare time so we had to make do with an extended lunchbreak slot. He took us on one of his regular running routes through fields of lilac thistles until we came to some old derelict buildings where local kids clearly come to spend time alone/take drugs/have sex.
